Outspoken General Motor’s executive Bob Lutz who has been pretty quiet during the congressional hearings has been pretty vocal about the company’s future as of lately. Saturn fans create online petition to tell GM to keep the brand
While GM hasn’t officially made the announcement, GM’s CEO Rick Wagoner noted that the brand is under review at last week’s congressional hearings. He said the GM will not allocate any money on future Saturn products and said that the brand has performed below the company’s expectations. Kullman, a member of the board of directors of General Motors Corp. , resigned Thursday to focus on new responsibilities at DuPont, where she will be promoted from president to CEO on Jan. 1.
