Tata to sponsor Ferrari F1 Team in the 2009 season
The Indian car company that owns Jaguar and Land Rover, Tata, has decided to pay for the Ferrari F1 team from next season. Ferrari chief Luca di Montezemolo said “For the first time an Indian brand will appear on a Ferrari.” There’s still no official info on how much funds the Indian firm will put in Ferrari. CHATTANOOGA, Tenn . -- Volkswagen Group of America Inc. has picked Detroit-based Walbridge as general contractor for VW's $30 million paint shop at its new assembly plant in Chattanooga. A federal appeals court has upheld lifetime health benefits for some factory retirees at Troy-based ArvinMeritor Inc.
