New Honda Plant in Japan The Honda company announced they wanted to work more on mini-vehicles and decided to build a new plant in central Japan. They think the vehicles with the engine size 660 cubic centimeters are going to stay popular for the next years. For a long time little fuel-efficient cars have been popular in Japan. After the gas-prices went high, the demand on these vehicles grew worldwide. Since Honda already has a plant producing mini-vehicles, they plan to share the production with the new one. The old plant is... Article added: 2008-03-22 19:54:36 Article Views Rating: 236

Rock of reliability 2: Bigger Honda Pilot isn't flashy, but it rocks at hauling the family around The redesigned 2009 Honda Pilot is way too conservative to ever appear in the "Rock of Love." The VH1 reality TV show -- starring Bret Michaels, lead singer for the '80s glam rock band Poison, searching for his true love -- was made for stretch Hummers and raunchy music. The redesigned Pilot is the antithesis of the program, which finished its second season Sunday. The Pilot is a rock of reliability and comfort; the "Rock of Love 2" is as stable as a leaking water bed, where cat fights, catty comments... Rubber Honda CR-V Mats When the original Honda CR-V debuted in the late 1990s, its mission was simple: to offer a distinct alternative to more mainstream mid- and full-size large SUVs. With its car-based design, four-cylinder engine and sedan-like ride and handling, the CR-V was an instant hit. Priced competitively and offering plenty of passenger room and cargo capacity for most people's needs, the Honda CR-V enjoyed incredibly strong sales numbers and much loyalty from consumers.Today, the compact- or small-SUV segment has... The interior is an evolution of the outgoing model, with a... Article added: 2008-04-10 06:01:46 Article Views Rating: 284
Spy Shots: Honda Accord crossover/wagon caught Spy pics of a new Honda CUV have surfaced, wearing the U.S-market Accord nose, the Euro Accord Tourer's hatch and a AllRoad-esque ride height. The wagon is rumored to be a development mule, but despite the taped-on fender flares and added length, the body doesn't look half-bad.This new model could fit in between the CR-V and Pilot in the Honda lineup, and although there's no word on powerplants, the test mule had a rear differential, so AWD is almost a certainty. It is believed that this new... Article added: 2008-11-27 08:21:35 Article Views Rating: 175
