Cadillac working to build image with new models
Over the last few decades the American auto industry - including Cadillac - has seen brand image slide steadily lower, both at home and abroad, while rivals in Germany and Japan have been becoming progressively stronger. It looks like we may already be seeing the pendulum swing back toward Cadillac, however. Sneak peek: Cadillac CTS Coupe
This stylish coupe will be built alongside the CTS sedan at the Lansing Grand River Plant. The coupe will feature a backup camera that is not currently found on the sedan. The coupe also won't have traditional door handles, but a touch pad setup instead. Styling wise, it follows the concept very closely. Even the dual exhaust will make production. Only the concept front end may see a modest toning down to bring it inline with the CTS sedan. Sources speculate that name may actually be CTC when it reaches...
