Lexus LF-A Supercar Starts the Production

The supercoupe from Toyota was presented at three different auto shows. Its’ first presentation was in fall 2005 in Tokyo and then they projected the future car will cost about $100,000. Now, when the production of Lexus LF-A Supercar started, the company says its price will be $225,000.

The car is made in the same style as Ferrari F430 Spider, though several characteristics of Lexus are higher. 2007 Ferrari was selling for $211,525, so, even the price of the Supercar overcomes the Italian Spider.

Lexus LF-A has a 5.0-liter V10 engine, which allows the car to produce 500 horsepower. The top speed the auto can gain is 200 mph. At first Supercar launches as a coupe, but later a roadster version will be available, the price of which will be even higher.
