Ferrari Roadside Assistance Program |
Ferrari owners are very lucky: the manufacturer is so confident in the vehicles that it offers a free roadside assistance to all owners of Ferraris built since 1947. The exceptions to the rule are the models which are currently under manufacturer’s warranty: three years on all new cars and the Power 10 year extended warranty offered by authorized Ferrari dealers and service centers.
Roadside assistance program starts immediately in Italy, a little later it goes to the U.K. and then to many other European countries. It has not been announced if Ferrari plans to run the same service in North America.
The official name of the program is Con Te, Italian for “With You”. It offers a 12 months roadside help in case a Ferrari is broken. The service also promises to pay all the expenses such as hotel and travel if the customer needs to get home or to the Ferrari Authorized Service center where the car will be fixed.
In order to receive help a Ferrari owner should give a call to the Ferrari Client Service center at 800-080-202.
