Perfect balance between comfort and roadholding

The C-Crosser boasts responsive, dynamic road manners. Reflecting Citroën's expertise, the running gear of the C-Crosser – MacPherson strut at the front and multi-link axles at the rear – achieves an excellent balance between comfort and roadholding, further boosted by special 18-inch Michelin tyres.High-performance enginesThe 160 bhp (156 bhp EEC) DIN HDi diesel engine fitted on the C-Crosser contributes to driveability with its specially adapted power levels and generous torque. Equipped with a diesel particulate filter system (DPFS), it boasts CO2  emissions of less than 200g/km (191g/km with 16-inch tyres and 194g/km with 18-inch tyres).

Depending on the country, the C-Crosser is also available with a 2.4 petrol engine developing 125 kW (170 bhp EEC) and mated with two types of gearbox: 5-speed manual or CVT.
All-wheel drive for safe journeys

With the C-Crosser’s integral transmission, drivers can choose from three transmission settings, depending on road conditions and driving style: four-wheel drive, two-wheel drive and a full-lock setting recommended for low-grip conditions,Modular design for a full range of needsThe C-Crosser is a modular vehicle. Occupants can adapt the interior to suit quickly and easily. The vehicle can seat up to seven passengers thanks to a third row of two seats, which can be completely folded away beneath the floor.

The seats fold away to provide a completely flat floor together with a vast loading surface. The C-Crosser’s tailgate opens in two sections. The lower part of the tailgate provides support for 200 kg, making it easy to slide in bulky objects or to sit down.
