The 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show is going to be the largest one this year. It is opening tomorrow, on September, 15. This is not only the major German exhibition, but the largest one worldwide, so all automakers are working for the best presentations at the show. It is obvious than all German manufacturers will present their best models there. Some great debuts will take place tomorrow: the production versions of Audi R8 convertible, BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo, BMW X1, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG and Mini Crossover. There have also been talks about two concepts of Mini convertible, next-generation BMW 5 Series and high-performance Volkswagen-Golf. With the joint efforts of German specialists an Electric Trabant was designed specifically for this exhibition. Foreign manufacturers have also prepared interesting debuts. First of all, Ferrari is coming to the show with the new supercar 458 Italia. The same company will also bring Fiat Punto Evo and Maserati GranCabrio. French automakers bring Peugeot iOn, Citroen DS3 and Peugeot RCZ Concept and Hybrid. American manufacturers present 2011 Ford C-Max and Fisker Karma. There will also be debuts from Asia: Lexus LF-Ch, Kia Venga, Kia Cee’d, Huyndai Tucson and Huyndai ix-Metro.
